Why Health Coaching Services

Health coaching is an incredible and transformational process that helps clients set, manage and achieve their health goals through self-empowerment. What I offer is 1-on-1, efficient and holistic diet and lifestyle coaching (with personal training as an optional add-on) that is personalized for you and your unique needs. Health coaching is different from what you’d get in a doctor’s office.  With me as your coach, you get my undivided attention and commitment, a complete action plan with health education, and compassionate support to see you through to your restored wellness.  It is my aim to help you finally find the answers you’ve been looking for, to finally feel some relief from symptoms, and to provide a true partnership.

Functional Movement Training

Good news! You DON’T have to exercise every day to get the results you want. Maybe you’re even too tired to start a movement program.  When we work together, I will give you an exercise program that will get you strong, motivated, and resilient. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with people in all stages of life, including post-partum moms, cancer survivors, beginners and athletes. My goal for you is to feel energized and restored with a functional training program.

When I first came to Jenny, I was incredibly achy, exhausted, stressed, and having intense stomach distress multiple times a day. Normally very health-conscious, I felt like I had tried everything and came to Jenny desperate to feel better. From our very first session, I was amazed not only by her insightful questions and vast knowledge of nutrition, the gut biome, and hormone patterns but also her ability to make me feel calm, at ease, and assured she would guide me to feel better after weeks of suffering. Jenny was able to identify that many of my issues stemmed from adrenal fatigue and body trauma from leaving a stressful job and birthing my son in the same year. We realized that my schedule, coffee habit, and lack of good fats nourishing me throughout the day was contributing to my inability to feel well no matter how “well” I ate or how much sleep I got. Together, we built a plan for me to have a more balanced schedule with more time for myself so I could show up better for my son and my business by allowing my tired adrenals to heal. Jenny also encouraged me to switch from coffee to matcha because of the calming and balancing l-theanine and within two days, all of my achiness and inflammation was completely GONE.
