I offer convenient, integrative, diet and lifestyle coaching to help you overcome your worst gut, adrenal burnout, and chronic fatigue issues. Additionally, I offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions, virtual or in person as movement is an integral part of restoring the body’s wellness. We work together in a partnership to create a personalized, multi-step, healing protocol designed to get you feeling your best ASAP. Through your commitment to coaching, you will be able to restore your digestion, energy, mental clarity, stamina and overall wellness so you can feel like yourself again.

Coaching packages are specifically tailored to you and your personal health goals. Packages include 3 or 6 months of personalized coaching, nutrition and lifestyle consultation, and an in-depth protocol to get you symptom relief and get you to the root of your health concerns.

1-on 1 Personal Training
Personal training packages are a 3 or 6 month commitment. I will build a training program for you using NASM’s periodization model to help you strength, tone, and come away with confidence. I have a specialized training technique that I like to use with clients which helped me lose 20lbs effortlessly. My style of training steers away from HIIT type exercises and instead helps you regulate your nervous system while also building stamina.

Is Health Coaching right for me?
Health coaching can be right for you even if you don’t have a health issue. Health coaching is really about optimizing your body and energy systems so that you can lead your best life and show up as your best self every day. Everyone can improve in one way or another and it’s possible that you haven’t even experienced all the ways your body is amazingly capable. We all want to show up as our best selves for our family and the people we are surrounded by every day. When you take the steps to improve your health and wellness with the help of an experienced partner, you will see rebounding improvements in all aspects of your life.
Will Health Coaching help keep me accountable?
Yes, health coaching will absolutely keep you accountable. It’s so easy to start off on a new goal or health kick to only let life get in the way. It’s inevitable that life will get busy, that plans need to shift, or that momentum wanes. But with the partnership of health coaching, I will be there with you every step of the way, cheering you on, supporting your process, and keeping you accountable even when we aren’t in session so that you do restore your wellness and achieve your health goals.
How long will it take?
This depends on your goal, where you are in your process, and your willingness to commit to the changes. Health coaching takes as long and as far as you want it to go. I have seen clients achieve huge successes in a matter of weeks and ride that wave of momentum until they feel better than they’ve ever felt in years. I offer 3 and 6 month coaching package commitments and many people choose to stay on board longer because they like the accountability and continued successes.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If your feeling excited and nervous about making changes, you’re ready.
Beginning the process of working with a coach can feel nerve wracking, because, well, change is scary. The unknown is scary. Feeling better than you’ve ever felt before can seem like an impossible task. But I’m here to tell you to listen to your ever-wise intuition and to take a chance on yourself. Trust yourself and your body that you can feel better. There will be work involved and sometimes very difficult work but I am here for you to see you come out on the other side truly well and empowered.
Where do we meet?
Health coaching is done via Zoom in the comfort of your home
If you live in the Alexandria area, I am willing to consider meeting in person as I do enjoy seeing people in person! However, for time and convenience’s sake, most meetings will take place via Zoom.
Are supplements necessary?
Not necessarily. Many people find supplements extremely helpful and a tool to enhance their progress but it’s not a requirement. Many people are sensitive to supplements and for others, it’s just not part of what they’re trying to accomplish. The goal is to get your body working optimally so that you don’t need to rely on tons of supplements.
What if I just want to lose weight?
Health coaching is about helping you see that health is more than just a number on the scale. However, if weight is a concern for you, many people often experience weight loss (or gain if needed) when their metabolism is running more efficiently, when their toxic load is lightened, and when their cortisol levels are lower and working appropriately. More exercise and eating less is unfortunately just a quick fix for weight loss and doesn’t set you up for long term health. Health coaching can get your metabolism back on track through appropriate diet, detox, movement, and stress reduction protocols AND keep you accountable so that you see long term changes.
